MANCHESTER BOMBER MAY HAVE BEEN GROOMED BY UK INTELLIGENCEWS

As the worst terrorist attack to hit the United Kingdom since 2005, last week’s bombing of a concert in Manchester has since been a constant fixture of the news cycle both in the UK and abroad. bsent from mainstream media accounts of the event – and the man allegedly behind it – are several key coincidences that have raised concerns, particularly regarding links between British intelligence and the alleged suicide bomber, British-born Salman Abedi.

Absent from mainstream media accounts of the event, however – and the man allegedly behind it – are several key coincidences that have raised concerns, particularly regarding links between British intelligence and the alleged suicide bomber, British-born Salman Abedi.

Media reports have already established that Abedi, a Libyan national, was radicalized in the hotbed of radical extremism that Libya has become since the U.S.-NATO backed invasion that ousted Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This horrific event is beginning to have all the tell-tale signs of a false flag all over it, created to get Brits to go along with Prime Minister May's war on both the internet and cryptography,

Security services missed five opportunities to stop the Manchester bomber

The Manchester suicide bomber was repeatedly flagged to the authorities over his extremist views, but was not stopped by officers, it emerged Wednesday night.

Counter Terrorism agencies were facing questions after it emerged Salman Abedi told friends that “being a suicide bomber was okay”, prompting them to call the Government’s anti-terrorism hotline.

Sources suggest that authorities were informed of the danger posed by Abedi on at least five separate occasions in the five years prior to the attack on Monday night.

Webmaster's Commentary:

As I said in a post yesterday, there are only three possible reasons for this man not getting stopped stopped before carrying out this horrific bombing.

The first is that MI 5 is a bunch of incompetent, professionally impotent imbeciles; but I think the second is perhaps closer to the truth, and that is because the British Deep State wanted something like this to happen, to "numb" their citizens to more of these events taking place, and use the crisis to justify even more draconian surveillance, and a death-grip on the internet in the UK.

Theresa May wants sweeping new powers to control the internet

And post-Manchester, she also wants to ban cryptography outright in the UK.UK Tories say they'll exploit Manchester's dead to ban working crypto in the UK

The third reason would be to to create support for further British military intervention in the Middle East.

Attacks like this, across Europe, have become very unacceptable "cost of doing business" for the financial empires involved in many Middle Eastern countries, like the UK and the US governments.

And the cycle goes like this; publicly accuse a country of something it did not do (Like Hussein's allegedly having "weapons of mass destruction" in Iraq); invading; assassinating and regime-changing its government, making sure it is as western-centric as possible; occupy; expropriate resources to which the invaders have utterly no moral right; and sell those resources only in appropriate currencies, to appropriate countries.

Repeat.

I would never condone this horrific act; as a Christian witness, and Christian pacifist activist, I condemn all violence, and my thoughts and prayers are with all the victims of this attack, their families, and their friends.

But that being said, those in the bowels of power in both the US and UK magically believe that ultimately, their wars of occupation and plunder will not create a reaction in those people whose families have been maimed and displaced; disowned; thrown in to abject poverty through regime change and war; and no longer in control of their countries any more.

Also, at the end of the day, those in the bowels of power in the West, believe, as an absolute article of faith, that these people have absolutely no right to the rage and emotional misery at these actions, which have been taken against them, and their brother and sister citizens, has caused.

Until, that is, we get a terrible incident like Manchester.

And let's call this by its proper name: blowback, in the face of empires which are too busy counting and acquiring the spoils of war to care what it has done to the people of the countries where those spoils of war come from.

‘Furious’ British Police Suspend Intelligence Sharing with United States Following Manchester Bombing Leaks

The world’s closest intelligence sharing arrangement is in jeopardy after key details and photographs from the Manchester bombing were apparently leaked by United States’s law enforcement sources to domestic journalists, leaving Manchester Police and the British government — who are collecting and analysing the finds — “furious”.

The United Kingdom has now stopped passing intelligence gathered as part of the investigation into the Manchester bombing to the United States according to claims made by the British state broadcaster BBC.

While British police had discovered the identity of Salman Abedi, the suicide bomber who killed 22 in Manchester on Monday, the name was withheld from the media initially for operational reasons. Yet less than 24 hours after the attack took place, American newspapers citing “government sources” were able to name the attacker.

What is Operation Temperer: Theresa May becomes first PM to deploy up to 5,000 soldiers on streets

Theresa May’s unprecedented decision to deploy up to 5,000 armed troops at key strategic sites makes her the first Prime Minister to use a new plan for a show of force in the face of major terrorist threats.

It puts her at odds with her predecessor David Cameron who was reluctant to use the controversial power.

Operation Temperer - the government plan to put thousands of soldiers on the streets in response to a major terrorist threat, was devised in 2015 and had been a secret until it was accidentally leaked to a newspaper.

Whitehall officials had been keen to keep it under wraps because it was considered so sensitive.

David Cameron was fearful that implementing the plan would provoke comparisons to the Troubles in Northern Ireland, when British soldiers patrolled the streets for decades.

He also worried that it might give the impression that the government had lost control and was imposing martial law.

Webmaster's Commentary:

But the question one has to ask here, is will this program actually keep Brits more safe?!?

And please remember: the Manchester bomber was known to MI 5 long before he bombed the arena.

HOW THE BRITISH DEEP STATE TURNED MANCHESTER INTO AL-QAEDA TOWN UK

Anti-Gaddafi Libyans living in Manchester had been trained, armed and aided by Britain to wage jihad against the leadership of Muammar Gaddafi.

More and more information is emerging on how the savage terrorist atrocity recently committed in Manchester was a classic case of terrorist blow-back, a phenomenon describing how when western governments fund, arm and aid terrorists, they often come back to commit horrific crimes against the citizens of the countries which funded and aided them.
It has been confirmed that the father of the Manchester ISIS bomber was a member of the al-Qaeda affiliated Libyan Islamic Fighting Group. The Libyan Islamic Fighting Group was initially comprised of battle hardened fighters who traveled to Afghanistan in the 1980s to fight the Soviet Union and the secular government in Kabul.

UK TORIES SAY THEY'LL EXPLOIT MANCHESTER'S DEAD TO BAN WORKING CRYPTO IN THE UK

One of UK Prime Minister Theresa May's government ministers told a reporter from The Sun that the government is planning on invoking the "Technical Capabilities Orders" section of the Snoopers Charter, a 2016 domestic spying bill; the "orders" allow the government to demand that companies cease using working cryptography in their products and services, substituting it with deliberately defective code that can be broken.

The source told The Sun that the government would cite the Manchester bombing as pretense for invoking the orders, though there's no indication that the security services' failure to prevent the bombing was caused by their inability to pierce cryptographically protected communications.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The way Prime Minister May's government is taking advantage of this tragedy makes me absolutely sick, and reminds me of the saying attributed to Rahm Emanuel, when he was advisor to President Clinton: "Never let a good crisis go to waste!"

The Manchester incident is simply an "excuse/justification" to ram this law through.

There is no proof, whatsoever, at this point that cryptography was involved, or played a part, in any way, in this horrific bombing; and the real problem here, is that the "bad guys" already have unbreakable cryptography, which neither the US nor UK intelligence agencies can crack.

And to any corporations in the UK using cryptography to keep corporate information safe, move the hell out of this country while you still can, and make sure the reasons for your departure are very publicly known.

MI5 FAILED TO STOP MANCHESTER BOMBER DESPITE ‘WARNINGS FROM FRIENDS’ – REPORT

A relative of the Manchester bomber warned British authorities he was “dangerous” and that he thought being a suicide bomber was “OK,” it has emerged, amid concerns that chances to stop him were missed.

On Monday night, Salman Abedi detonated a “highly sophisticated” nail bomb at Manchester Arena, killing 22 people including young children. Twenty people are in a critical condition in hospital. It was Britain’s worst terrorist attack since the 7/7 atrocity 12 years ago.

Abedi’s support for terrorism was reported this year to MI5, and five years ago friends had called Britain’s anti-terrorist hotline with concerns about his views, the Times reports.

It is unclear whether Abedi had been under any form of surveillance.

Webmaster's Commentary:

There are only two possible conclusions one can take away from this information.

Either that MI5 is a gang of bumbling, professionally impotent, inept, idiots; or they knew this might go down, but decided not to stop it in order to "numb" the British people to more of these attacks happening, as "the price of the British financial empire doing business" , and allowed it to happen, as a "justification" to surveille the British people more intensely, and create more draconian control of the internet.

There is no middle ground here, whatsoever.

And the bottom line here is, the people of the UK are being left completely unprotected from the blowback of the carnage their government has created in its actions against other countries, notably those in the Middle East and Africa.

To think that there will be utterly no consequences from invasions, and the accompanying murders, to expropriate resources to which the invading government, and its toady corporations, have no moral right; to regime change that government, making sure it is western-centric; and to insure that those resources will only be sold in specific currencies to specific countries, and not others, is absolute, utter, and complete madness.

And yet, this is the madness to which those in the bowels of power in the US, and UK cling, and use to "justify" their future military misadventures, ultimately causing the people of both countries to suffer.

So welcome to the "new normal" in the UK and Europe.

And unfortunately, I am very concerned that this kind of incident will continue, until someone in the governments of the US and UK has the horse-sense to start funding alternative energy that actually works, and can drive a tank, or power an airplane, making fossil fuel irrelevant.

Of course, that...would be logical.

THE MANCHESTER ATTACK - A BLOWBACK FROM BRITAIN'S TERROR SUPPORT IN LIBYA, SYRIA AND BEYOND

It was eastern Libya from where in March 2011 a tribal insurrection to overthrow the Libyan government was initiated. Weapons were flown in from Qatar and handed out to Jihadists. British special forces were on the ground to help the takfiris of the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG) in their attacks towards the Libyan capital in western Libya. The leader of the eastern front was Abdelhakim Belhadj, a long time al-Qaeda member, After Ghaddafi was overthrown with British help al-Qaeda's flag went up over the court house of the eastern Libyan city of Benghazi.

The Islamic State, a splinter part of al-Qaeda, has claimed responsibility for the attack in Manchester. The LIFG was aligned with al-Qaeda.

Webmaster's Commentary:

That the governments of the US and UK believe, as a general article of geopolitical faith, that the invasions; occupations; and expropriations of the resources of other countries, to which they, and their corporate minions, have utterly no moral right, will not ultimately result in horrific actions like this bombing, demonstrates that they are indulging in "magical thinking".

This form of "magical thinking", in the minds of those in the bowels of power in the "deep state" of both the US and UK governments, means that they believe there will be utterly no consequences for these horrific wars for resources upon which both countries have staked their economic futures.

And you have to understand that, because of the way those in power think, when these barbaric acts happen, against totally innocent civilians, it is simply the cost of doing business; people...are irrelevant, and the US/UK Deep States control what is going on in these countries, and what their people want, peace and prosperity, doesn't matter at all.

The "price" of acts like these, is perfectly acceptable to the leadership in both countries, if the acts are not, in fact, false flags, engineered to persuade citizens to give up what little liberties they have left, and surrender them to the surveillance state to make sure they are "safe".

But I would like to politely point out that all the surveillance in the UK did not prevent this horrific bombing; food for thought for my British cousins.

Money...is the only thing that matters to them.

He also worried that it might give the impression that the government had lost control and was imposing martial law.

Snooper’s Charter: Majority of public unaware of government online surveillance

Civil liberties group Liberty described the introduction of the measures as a “beacon for despots everywhere”.

Theresa May is also planning to regulate the internet, allowing the government to decide what web users can post, share and publish online.

“The Snooper’s Charter recently passed without fuss from the public,” said Douglas Crawford, digital privacy expert at BestVPN.com.

“Now British intelligence agencies and law enforcement organisations have the power to survey data and digital communications, and online security experts have determined the government now has the ability to spy on us at any time.

“It’s clear the British public has a long way to go in order to become fully informed about the realities of online monitoring. Taking steps to ensure personal privacy is censored should be the first port of call.”

UK Government Moves Aggressively to Censor and Control the Internet

Senior Tories confirmed to BuzzFeed News that the phrasing indicates that the government intends to introduce huge restrictions on what people can post, share and publish online.

The plans will allow Britain to become “the global leader in the regulation of the use of personal data and the internet”, the manifesto claims.

It comes just soon after the Investigatory Powers Act came into law. That legislation allowed the government to force internet companies to keep records on their customers’ browsing histories, as well as giving ministers the power to break apps like WhatsApp so that messages can be read.

The government now appears to be launching a similarly radical change in the way that social networks and internet companies work. While much of the internet is currently controlled by private businesses like Google and Facebook, Theresa May intends to allow government to decide what is and isn’t published, the manifesto suggests.

REPORT: U.S., BRITISH FORCES ENTER SOUTHERN SYRIA ALONGSIDE TERRORISTS; IS A BIGGER BATTLE SHAPING UP?

Days after reports that Damascus was on high alert due to increased U.S. troop levels on the Jordanian border and an apparent preparation for an invasion from the south and southeast, the United States and Britain have indeed pushed into Syria from the very location earlier reports suggested would be used.

The reports were released first from the SMART News Agency, which writes that approximately 150 U.S. and British military personnel have entered Syria from Jordan.

SMART News Agency has provided video evidence of their claims. This video reportedly shows several military personnel in armed Humvees engaging in a firefight alongside terrorist forces, who were operating the cameras. Indeed, the familiar “Allahu Akbar” chant can be heard throughout the video.

Hamimah is around 90 km east of Palmyra, near the Deir ez-Zour countryside. Albukamal is also located nearby, a town of strategic importance to the U.S.

PROOF: Ex-CIA Director Brennan worked directly with foreign spies to keep Trump OUT of the Oval Office

As reported by The Guardian, there is compelling evidence to suggest that former CIA Director John Brennan was the primary U.S. intelligence community source working to undermine the Trump campaign in an effort to prevent the billionaire businessman from becoming president and, after he won, to undermine his transition.

The bizarre tale actually begins with a Fox News analyst, judicial analyst and former judge Andrew Napolitano. EXPOSED: Report CONFIRMS BBC was ‘strongly biased AGAINST Brexit’ in run-up to referendum

The analysis by monitoring group News-Watch looked at Radio 4's flagship morning news programme Today and concluded that there was "overwhelming negativity" about Leaving the EU.

During the six three-hour morning shows from Monday 29 March to Saturday 4 April, Today fielded 124 guests on Article 50 but only eight, 6.5 per cent, were "given the space to make substantive arguments that the future for the UK outside the EU would yield significant benefits".

It also claimed that in the survey period BBC correspondents "displayed what can only be described as a strong common editorial bias against Brexit".

NHS ransom hack 'turns into recrimination' as Politcians BLAME each other for safety fails

Security chiefs yesterday warned that weak NHS IT systems could allow sinister forces to hack into personal data and deliberately change details such as blood types, with “catastrophic” consequences.

Just 24 hours before the attack the British Medical Journal published a warning about NHS vulnerabilities.

Dr Krishna Chinthapalli, a registrar at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery in London, said: “Hackers know that hospitals are good targets. They are vulnerable and easy to penetrate and the data they hold is irreplaceable. The NHS was unprepared for such an attack. There is now a risk of it happening again and more frequently.”

The NHS accounted for 64 per cent of all Government data breaches between 2015-16.

Scottish trusts were the worst hit, with almost 60 per cent being attacked, while 79 English trusts – more than 33 per cent – were hit since June 2015.

NHS trusts have come under fire for failing to stop using outdated software that left them at risk.

However, Ms Rudd added: "If you look at who's been impacted by this virus, it's a huge variety across different industries and across international governments.

"This is a virus that attacked Windows platforms... I don't think it's to do with that preparedness.

"There's always more we can all do to make sure we're secure against viruses, but I think there have already been good preparations in place by the NHS to make sure they were ready for this sort of attack."

Flashback: NHS trusts are still using unsupported Windows XP PCs

Motherboard filed Freedom of Information requests with more than 70 NHS hospital trusts asking how many Windows XP machines they use. 48 replied within the allotted time, and a whopping 42 of them admitted that they still use the operating system that reached end-of-life status in April 2014.

Some of the culprits include East Sussex Healthcare, which has 413 Windows XP machines, Sheffield's Children's hospital with 1,290, and Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Trust in London with an insane 10,800 Windows XP-powered PCs.

23 replied to Motherboard's quizzing about whether they have an extended support agreement in place and, unsurprisingly, the majority said that they do not.

This delay in upgrading could land some NHS trusts in trouble.

Dr Christopher Richardson, the head of the cybersecurity unit at Bournemouth University, said the process of recovering the NHS’s IT systems would involve a painful and longwinded “deep strip” of affected computers.

“You go down to the basic machine, you take everything off it, you reconfigure it and then you build it back up again,” he said. “If you’re talking national health, you’re talking a lot of machines on a single site and you’ve got to get them all because these nasty pieces of malware, they float around, so they only have to remain on one machine and when you reboot it will deliver the same thing again.”

NHS hospitals across England hit by large-scale cyber-attack

Hospitals across England have been hit by a large-scale cyber-attack, the NHS has confirmed, which has locked staff out of their computers and forced many trusts to divert emergency patients.

According to reports, affected hospitals include those run by East and North Hertfordshire NHS trust, Barts Health in London, Essex Partnership university NHS trusts, the university hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS foundation trust, Southport and Ormskirk hospital NHS trust and Blackpool teaching hospital NHS foundation trust.
